Growth starts with the person making the decisions.
I began in sales, built my own business, and learned through the pressure of leading people and making consequential decisions. Those experiences still shape the way I work with founders today.
In 2008, I founded RichWorks. What began with entrepreneurship education has grown into a wider ecosystem connecting mentorship, consulting, training, capital and practical support for SMEs.
My focus now is helping businesses grow beyond dependence on one founder: with stronger leadership, financial discipline, clear strategy and teams able to execute. I remain a student of change, pursuing doctoral research at Universiti Putra Malaysia and the Executive Master in Change at INSEAD.
